Chuck & Augie’s Restaurant is named in honor of Charles and Augustus Storrs, benefactors of the University of Connecticut. From its humble beginnings in 1881, UConn has grown to be one of the top public research universities in the nation. The Department of Dining Services has kept pace with that growth, offering excellence in service while enhancing the campus experience through quality and value to students, faculty and staff. It is with much honor and respect that we dedicate this restaurant to Charles and Augustus Storrs.
Did You Know? As one of the restaurant’s "green" initiatives, the oil we cook in is recycled into biodiesel and used to fuel the UConn busses. Also, our menu is trans-fat free!

Open House Hours of Operation
Chuck & Augie's will be open from 11:00am - 9:00pm on Saturday, April 13th during Open House. The Blue Cow will be open from 11:00am - 11:15pm.
